Our comprehensive web portal has dedicated separate areas for resellers and their customers. The reseller portal allows resellers to oversee their customers’ accounts, set security levels and place orders. The customer portal allows end-users to set their corporate and individual system preferences. Altos can be entirely white-labelled so you can brand it as your own; this includes the user portal, which can also be branded for your customers.

Altos charges and costs
With Altos there are no hidden extras. This means there are no subscription set-up or termination charges; no minimum contract period; no system set-up or “training” fees and no minimum volume contract.
Charging is based on the number of active subscriptions at the end of each month. Likely additional monthly costs include any Call Recording storage costs or Wallboard costs if these features are active.One-off costs relate purely to telephone hardware. Packages do not include the provision of handsets or costs of SIP trunks or call minutes. MyPhones supplies the Altos hosted service via SIP trunks, but leaves customers free to negotiate the best possible rates for these and the minutes used from their preferred provider.
